Cancellation and No Show Policy
- There is a $20 processing fee for online payment. Make sure you choose your planned method of payment below before registering. Your options are Cash/Check or Credit. Failure to do so will result in an incorrect payment.
- Substitutions are accepted prior to the conference given 72 hours notice.
- If you must cancel, please email contact our Sponsorship Chair to allow us to free up space for another sponsor.
- Individuals who register, but do not pay by Wednesday April 5, 2017 are liable for the registration fee and will be billed accordingly.
- Cancellations must be received by Wednesday April 5, 2017 to avoid being charged.
