Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the conference.
  • If you must cancel, please contact our Registration Chair to allow us to free up space for another attendee.
  • Individuals who register, but do not pay by Wednesday April 5, 2017 are liable for the registration fee and will be billed accordingly.
  • Cancellations must be received by Wednesday April 5, 2017 to avoid being charged.
